House in Florida, moved to Cali and trying to rent out the family home in Florida. The problems with this, and leaky roof. Between incomes in Cali. and mortgages in Florida and issues new roof, I feel much overwelmed. I do not want to ruin bank loan allowed the house. Any information or advice would be very grateful.

If there was rented through a broker take care of things for you at a price that was authorized by what I had to do and they care and billing. If a roof leaks, they can design and make a lot of problems. You need to repair this roof. Can you call someone and Sears traveling there to address them more quickly? Or you are unemployed and without income?
